Eileen Walusimbi Oloya

Eileen is the Director for the Coach Africa Academy. She is an internationally certified Executive and Transformational Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, Speaker, and management consultant. She had the opportunity to serve in different capacities at British Council Uganda, Barclays Bank Uganda, IFC-World bank, and as a consultant and founder of Linkit Management Solutions.

Eileen is passionate about unlocking people's potential and believes that personal growth is key to enabling people to live authentic lives. She has a background in Human resources and Project Management and is an expert in supporting individuals and organizational teams to achieve sustainable and unparalleled excellence through; creating awareness by speaking to their unique sets of circumstances and processes.

Dr. Norah Njuba Bwaya (PCC)

Norah is a Certified Executive Coach, Organization development and change consultant, Facilitator/trainer, and public speaker with working experience across 4 careers (accounting, marketing, insurance, and coaching).

She has provided coaching services to top executives in over 100 organizations and is the Founder of the first coaching firm in Eastern Africa, Coach Africa Limited.

Norah is extremely passionate about African Excellence and is the founder of the Institute of Work Culture and Ethics. She has served her nation and continent passionately by being a driving force for change in the workplace.

Norah has a track record of performance in various industries including: petroleum, health, banking, hospitality, insurance, beverages, and the development sector. This diversity of experience makes her uniquely placed to support top-tier leaders.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accounting) Hons. from Makerere University, is an Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a Doctorate in Executive Performance from Middlesex University, UK.

Danny den Hartog

Danny den Hartog is an award-winning entrepreneur, an impact strategist with an extensive track record of shaping business models across international markets.

Having worked in fourteen countries across the Asia Pacific, he is a serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, international business coach and social business consultant. He is on a mission to redefine social entrepreneurship and equalize access to entrepreneurial education, training, resources and opportunities.

 Danny strongly believes in business as a force for good and has facilitated access to clean energy for over 170,000 people, provided business training to over 500 entrepreneurs, facilitated housing for over 160 refugees. 

As the Founder Coach Africa's Virtual coaching arm, Danny's personal mission is to support 5 million coaches to start or scale their coaching business by 2030.
