Two Routes
One for coaches, one for leaders who coach at work

Knowing coaching is not the same as coaching well.

Most coaches in Africa coach alongside a role, a consultancy or a training business. Very few have had someone qualified watch them coach and tell them the truth about it. The Impact Lab exists to close that gap.

  • 01You have trained as a coach, and you have had little observed practice since.
  • 02You coach alongside your main work, and you want evidence that you coach well.
  • 03You lead a team, and under pressure you default to telling, fixing and directing.
  • 04You want a credible path to professional practice that does not begin with a long and costly credential programme.

One Lab. Three levels.

You study the theory in your own time. The live sessions are for coaching, observation and feedback. Everyone enters through the Foundation Sprint and continues as far as their goals require.

I

Foundation Sprint

Your entry point. Self-paced learning, followed by supervised practice in a group of three. A trainer observes your coaching twice, and the second observation checks that you acted on the first round of feedback.

II

Trainee Labs

Regular live labs for those who continue toward professional practice. Each lab is built around three rounds of coaching and feedback, supported by mentor coaching.

III

Professional Labs

An ongoing lab for qualified coaches who want to keep sharpening their craft through practice, peer learning and contribution to the community.

Dates, fees and certificate details are being finalised. People on the waitlist will receive them first.

One standard. Two routes.

Independent, aspiring and transitioning coaches

For coaches

You practise real coaching conversations, build evidence of your competence, and follow a clear path toward professional practice.

Managers, HR and L&D professionals

For leaders who coach

You practise the conversations you hold at work: development, delegation, accountability and performance. You can complete the Foundation Sprint and apply it in your organisation.

Afrocentric coaching, rooted in your reality.

Most coaching frameworks were built in the West and imported into Africa. The T.R.E.E.S© model was built here, for here, drawing on African philosophy, community and ways of knowing.

You will not spend your career trying to fit African clients into foreign frameworks. You will coach from a foundation that makes sense to you and to them.
