Norah is a Certified Executive Coach, Organization development and change consultant, Facilitator/trainer, and public speaker with working experience across 4 careers (accounting, marketing, insurance, and coaching).
She has provided coaching services to top executives in over 100 organizations and is the Founder of the first coaching firm in Eastern Africa, Coach Africa Limited.
Norah is extremely passionate about African Excellence and is the founder of the Institute of Work Culture and Ethics. She has served her nation and continent passionately by being a driving force for change in the workplace.
Norah has a track record of performance in various industries including: petroleum, health, banking, hospitality, insurance, beverages, and the development sector. This diversity of experience makes her uniquely placed to support top-tier leaders.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Accounting) Hons. from Makerere University, is an Accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a Doctorate in Executive Performance from Middlesex University, UK.
Ronald S. Kawaddwa
Ronald believes in the vast potential of people, his passion lies in facilitating self-discovery, self-development and self-actualization. He believes people are the start and the end of any societal development. He espouses people management as key in transformation.
He is the Group Managing Director at Coach Africa where excellence is past, present and future. Excellence is not static; today’s excellence cannot be good enough for tomorrow. Coach Africa tells Africa’s story that authenticity and continuous improvement are not alien concepts to Africa.
Ronald is an HR and Project Planning/Management specialist with 15 years wide experience across 4 careers-(Education ,Electricity Distribution& Management ,HR and Project Planning).He also does public speaking and training at multiple foras and organisations.
He serves on a number of boards including being Chairman of the Mengo Hospital Rotary Blood Bank , Chairman of the Young African Leaders Initiative, Chairman Danube Properties Inc- Dubai, Member of the Our Lady of Africa Group of Schools, Chairman-Kimanje Group of Schools . He also sits on the boards of Paper tolls (U) Ltd and Coach Africa.
He lives a balanced life experience as a Christian, a husband , a father and has been a Rotarian for the last 16 years providing service above self to communities. He has served and chaired various committees at District level. He has chaired and served Rotary International as Chair and member on several Board committees. He started his Rotary journey as an Interactor and a Rotaractor. He is currently serving as an Assistant Rotary Regional Coordinator for Region 28 and as PIME Chair for D9213.
Ronald holds a Bachelors Degree in Education majoring in Economics. from Makerere University; A Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from UMI, a Masters of Science in HR Management and he is a fellow of the Harvard Business School. Ronald is an Executive MBA student at the Eaton Business Sch.
