Turn What You Knowinto a Business
A 12-month Coach Africa programme for experienced African professionals, coaches and consultants who want to turn hard-won knowledge and credibility into a business that creates income, impact and independence.
If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.
The people we work with have spent years becoming very good at what they do. What they have not yet built is a dependable way to earn from that experience on their own terms. Experience to Enterprise exists to close that gap.
- 01People already ask you to advise, train, coach or speak, and you have no clear commercial model for saying yes.
- 02You want to build an independent income before you leave your salary, and you are unsure where to begin.
- 03You already coach or consult, and your flow of clients is unpredictable.
- 04You find it hard to put a price on your experience and to say that price with confidence.
- 05Your income depends on your own hours, and you want a business that can grow beyond them.
Three elements working together
over twelve months.
You already have the experience. Our work with experts and entrepreneurs across the continent has taught us what turns it into an enterprise: sound judgement on your decisions, a clear method to follow, and peers who expect you to follow through.
Mentorship
Direct access to experienced African coaches, consultants and business builders in an intimate group setting. You bring your real decisions on positioning, pricing and clients, and you leave with feedback you can act on.
Method
Twelve months of access to a structured curriculum covering positioning, offer design, pricing, client acquisition, sales and delivery. Each step is applied to your own business as you go.
Accountability
A community of experienced peers building alongside you, plus a paired accountability partner to help you stay consistent and make steady progress month after month.
Picture the enterprise your experience can become.
You have a clear offer, a steady flow of the right clients, and a market position that reflects the depth of your experience. Your income no longer rests on a single employer or on every hour you work, because programmes, group work or advisory retainers now sit alongside your one-to-one clients.
More than the income, you have authority, influence, and the freedom to do work that matters on your own terms.
If that picture is worth building, this programme is designed to help you get there.
A business built on what you already know.
By the end of the twelve months you will have built the foundations of your enterprise and tested them in the market, with mentors and peers alongside you at each step.
- A clear market position built on the experience and credibility you already have.

- A repeatable, relationship-based way of finding clients and converting them into paying work.
- A consultation process that adds value before money changes hands.
- The visibility and authority to be recognised as a go-to expert in your field.

Questions you might have.
Many business programmes available to African professionals are built for Western markets and do not account for local realities such as pricing, client behaviour, payment infrastructure and positioning. This programme is led by mentors who have built successful practices on the continent and understand the context first-hand. It is also built around implementation, so you receive feedback on your own decisions and measure progress in clients and income.
Experienced professionals, typically with ten or more years in their field, who want to build a business from what they know. Some already coach or consult and want a more dependable flow of clients. Others are still employed and want to build their business before they leave.
