Withdraw from your purchase

Before you withdraw: if the timing is the issue, we may be able to move you to a later intake instead. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one working day. If you have decided to withdraw, you can do so straight away using the form below.

If you bought a Coach Africa programme online as a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Use the form below to do so.

How it works

• Complete the form within 14 days of your purchase date.
• You will receive an email confirming that we have received your withdrawal.
• We refund any amount due within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Please note

• If you asked us to start your programme within the 14-day period, you pay for the part already provided up to the moment you withdraw. We refund the rest.
• If you were given immediate access to digital content and confirmed at checkout that you would lose the right to withdraw, the right no longer applies to that content.
• If you bought on behalf of an organisation, the statutory right to withdraw does not apply.
