Our Story

Twenty years building African excellence.

Dr. Norah Njuba Bwaya incorporated Coach Africa Limited in January 2006 in Uganda — the first coaching firm in Eastern Africa — to support people and organizational development and systems strengthening across both service and production sectors.

With a PhD in Executive Performance from Middlesex University and over 20 years facilitating leadership development, performance coaching, and organizational change across multiple continents, Norah founded Coach Africa to re-write the continent’s narrative about performance.

Today, Coach Africa is a coalition of expert consultants, each with 25+ years in consultancy, organizational development, and leadership. We find out what is holding your team back — and give you the support to sustain excellent results.
